- Ensures the implementation and maintenance of the preservation and storage standards of the products, semi-prepared foods and food preparations in compliance with the hygienic-sanitary norms in force.
- Participates in determining the raw material requirements to be ordered and in making supply orders.
- Takes orders from customers and ensures their service.
- Clears and ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Actively participates in the maintenance of kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Take into account perishability, the warranty period, the way the ingredients are to be used.
- Performs the preliminary processing of cooking sort, clean, wash, divide and then cook boil, fry, bake, fry.
- Performs other current tasks assigned by the direct superior, consistent with the immediate needs of the unit.
