1. Salary Information
- Gross Salary: The total amount before taxes and social contributions are deducted.
- Net Salary: The actual, smaller amount you will receive in hand, after taxes.
⚠️ Gross salary appears on contracts and payslips. Confirm the net amount with your employer or agency.
2. Work Schedule
Standard schedule is 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Overtime may be required during peak times.

3. Accommodation
Free accommodation with utilities is provided. You may start in temporary housing if permanent housing isn't ready yet.

5. Problem-Solving & Reporting Issues
If you have issues with salary, food, accommodation, or work conditions:
- Report to your direct supervisor.
- If unresolved after one week, contact your recruitment agent.

6. Arrival in Romania – Important Reminder
✈️ Upon arrival at the airport:
- ✅ Wear agency-branded items (T-shirt, cap, etc.) to be easily recognized by staff.
7. Basic Self-Sufficiency Requirement
Upon entering Romania, you must have enough personal funds to cover basic needs for the first few days, including:
- 📱 Buying a local SIM card
- 🍽️ Buying food and basic essentials for at least 5 days
Acceptable proof includes 💵 cash, 💳 bank card with a statement, or 📱 digital wallet with visible balance.
👮 Border authorities may request proof of funds on arrival.
