Full Job Description

Oversee Daily Operations: Assist in managing the farm's daily activities, including feeding, milking, and ensuring the cattle's health and well-being.
Supervise Staff: Coordinate and monitor the work of farm employees to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of cattle health, breeding, and production, as well as inventory and supply usage.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all farming activities adhere to safety, animal welfare, and environmental regulations.
Support Management: Assist the farm manager in planning, budgeting, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
