Smokeys Restaurant is Seeking a Friendly Waiter!

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing excellent customer service? Smokeys Restaurant is looking for a personable waiter to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and seat them efficiently.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly.
• Check back on guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Prepare bills and process payments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience waiting tables (preferred).
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays.
